Mexican food.

Friday night, again. Time just shoots by so fast these days. Any way I wanted to make some thing special that I was certain my guests never tasted, so I went for Mexican. I looked up a few concepts to base off of and then went to work. And I called on Paco(thats right from LWG) to help me from the spirit world.
I made a good sauce and we had pork and beans, I don't think I ever had them that tasty before(sorry don't remember what I put in it). Had all that with some good veggies and on top of all that goodness Seimi made this great coconut pie. What can I say except that life is good.
Anyway, dinner was great and I am happy to be alive. Good food just makes life that much better.

Oh shush, you know thats not true I post plenty of recipies, just once in a while I'm too busy to write it down. I rememerber what I put in it but I dont remember the ratio, and things like this you need to get exactly right or else when some one tries to make it that can't really improvise I will get in trouble "oh jr that tasted bad" get the picture? Any way thanks for visiting my blog. You can link me if you want to.

I know that when I ask him to come and help me make somehting that he comes, and the meal turns out great. If he didn't get saved on earth then he must have done it in heaven. There's a lot of people that are there that we are going to be surprised to see when we get there.

Joan said...

hahaha, its the stuff on top of the rice in that photo, a mexican dish. It looks just like picadillo, minus the carrots and corn. U made it outta tomatoe sauce, no?

Junior said...

Yeah, I amde it out of tomato sauce. I would never put parrots in there, I hate boiled carrots unless it's in stew.

Sorry spelling error I meant carrots, lol.

Just for fun; Paco - I was told - is a name commonly given to men in Mexico who are basically doing your wife without your permission. ;)

Nice! I like cheese cake. I've tasted Akita's cheese cake before, but this one's different. It's more... I don't know.
