I'm back!

Hi guys! Sorry it's been so long since you heard from me. I miss you guys commenting and all. I am almost done my course and I will hopefully complete the last assignment this next week. Any way today was Friday yet again and I had some very great people over to our house. I made: rice, scones, vegetable soup, chicken fillet, steak sauce and of course a salad and some dressing. I wish there was some pics to go with this post but the camera is out of order . Here is the recipe for the steak sauce, it's one of my favorites, enjoy:

INGREDIENTS

  • 1/2 cup and 2 tablespoons raspberry jam
  • 1/2 cup and 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup and 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 cup and 2 tablespoons tomato sauce
  • 1/2 cup and 2 tablespoons malt vinegar
  • 25 drops hot pepper sauce
  • salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste

DIRECTIONS


  1. In a saucepan over high heat, blend raspberry jam, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, tomato sauce, malt vinegar, hot pepper sauce, salt, and pepper. Bring to a boil over high heat, reduce heat to low, and simmer 10 minutes, or until thickened.
